Responsibilities

Provide individual and group counselling sessions to students, addressing their emotional and behavioural challenges.
Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with teachers, parents, and external professionals to support student success.
Conduct assessments to identify students' needs and recommend appropriate interventions.
Facilitate workshops and programmes on topics such as stress management, conflict resolution, and study skills.
Maintain accurate records of counselling sessions and student progress while ensuring confidentiality.

Requirements

Proficiency in using IT systems for record keeping and communication purposes.
