As Head of Sales and Marketing, you will design and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy aimed at promoting the business as a premier venue for high-end corporate and private events. Working closely with the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will spearhead initiatives that expand the market reach and foster valuable client relationships. From CRM data-driven insights to digital marketing, your expertise will shape the approach to maximising profitability and achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy and Revenue Growth: Lead proactive sales strategies to attract new business, focusing on corporate events, private functions, and filming opportunities. Drive initiatives that optimise revenue and maximise event bookings.
  • Digital Marketing and Brand Promotion: Develop a powerful digital presence across channels, including social media, e-marketing, and our website. 
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and expand relationships with high-end clients, ensuring exceptional service and sustained growth from existing accounts.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilise CRM tools to monitor, analyse, and refine sales and marketing efforts, translating data insights into actionable strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Event Collaboration and Promotion: Partner with the Events team to conduct show rounds, manage third-party events, and showcase the venue at trade shows and industry events.
  • Financial and KPI Accountability: Ensure budgetary goals are met through monthly and quarterly KPI reporting. Collaborate with finance to monitor financial performance and align with strategic goals.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven Track Record: 5+ years in sales and marketing within London’s events or hospitality sector, with a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth.
  • Sales Expertise: Advanced skills in sales pipeline management, business development, and high-stakes negotiation, especially with corporate and high-end clients.
  • Digital Marketing & Branding: Strong grasp of digital marketing strategies, branding, and PR to elevate the venue's market profile.
  • Financial Acumen: Experience in budget management and KPI reporting, with a goal-oriented approach to achieving financial targets.
  • CRM & Analytical Skills: Proficient in CRM systems, able to leverage data insights to optimise performance.
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Strong leadership with a collaborative approach, empowering the team to achieve goals within a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Flexibility and Commitment: Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends when needed, to support key events.
