YOU WILL:
Work with one of our key customers in their HR team and you will play a critical role in supporting a business critical workforce management and outsourcing project. This role will primarily focus on standard planning, risk management, financial management and data management (GDPR).

IDEALLY, WE’D LIKE:

Proven experience as a Project Manager, combined with any Workforce Management and Outsourcing skills.
Demonstrated experience with project planning, risk management, financial management.
Data Management experience (GDPR)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills
Strong stakeholder management skills. Have the ability to think outside the box and comfortable with ambiguity

Experience working in the Consulting space
HR domain experience

** Contract would be inside IR35 – Hybrid working – 2 days in the London office **
