Friendly and Diligent Personal Assistant wanted in Notting Hill – Start ASAP A client of ours is on the hunt for an experienced and highly organised Personal Assistant to help structure her day-to-day life.

This is a newly structured role within the household, so this gives the candidate a chance to have autonomy of the role and create a streamlined system.

The duties and responsibilities include but aren’t exclusive to:

Managing the female principal’s email account and diary
Creating lists of agendas for the client i.e. who she needs to call each day
Travel admin and arrangement for the principal
Running errands when required, such as sending or collecting parcels from FedEx
Managing office supplies inventory and placing orders when necessary
Handling bill payments, including household expenses and miscellaneous bills
Liaising with and booking contractors as required, overseeing builders and building projects

The ideal candidate will be proactive, patient and a meticulous planner who can prioritise effectively and put their hand to anything. You must have proper life experience to successfully support the principal.

The client’s life is currently extremely busy and would like the candidate to help with the sale of a rural property and the management of correspondence with regards to this. Other duties will include organising tutors for her child, dealing with her wealth management company and helping with IT based issues, so proficiency with Apple technology is a must.
