As Marketing Manager, you’ll be part of the team that creates and communicates reasons for our 40 million + customers across the globe to choose more of Tesco more often.

You’ll sit right at the heart of the business, working alongside cross-functional teams to develop long and short term customer propositions that you’ll then communicate via multi-channel campaigns.

You will be responsible for

Responsible for the end to end Community marketing through multi-channel, effective and engaging campaigns.
Building and delivering plans to drive our Reputation and Community brand perception, demonstrating how everyone is welcome at Tesco.
Development, coaching and day to day management of the Marketing Assistant.
Crafting informative strategies to clarify the business and customer opportunity, and how to bring these concepts to life across our channels and customer touch-points
Analysing customer and market insight, to keep up with the latest data and make bold recommendations about where Tesco should prioritise for customers and communities.
Working closely with the Group Communications team to understand broader Community plans and bring these to live through multi-channel campaigns.
Building positive relationships across the business, bringing together a cross-functional team working collaboratively to deliver the plans.
Briefing agencies, assessing, feeding back on and developing a creative Campaign approach for propositions.
Working closely with the Media Planning team to create integrated campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels, and influencing Channel teams to create integrated comms.
Forecasting, managing and tracking of budgets for Community marketing, always looking for ways to optimise and be as efficient and effective as possible with every £.
Working closely with the insight team to review the effectiveness of the creative against set objectives.
