Internship Online Marketing and Sales

We are part of the Open AI and Gemini testing team, and MIT accelerator program. We're building applications to improve state-of-the-art technologies to empower others on their life journey.

We are a British company with head quarters in California. We work 9am till 5 pm Pacific time.

 

We are looking for a Online Marketing and Sales with hands-on experience building online marketing campaigns and integrate user analytics to better understand how users are reacting to the campaigns so we can improve on them, and to better serve them.

Job Description:

As an Online Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance user engagement, leveraging user analytics to inform decisions, and utilizing graphic design and animation to create compelling content. You will play a crucial role in helping our startup scale by understanding and meeting the needs of our users.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Marketing Strategy and Execution:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive online marketing strategies.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, SEO, and PPC.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to improve campaign effectiveness.
  1. User Analytics and Insights:
  • Utilize user analytics tools to track and analyze user behavior and engagement.
  • Interpret data to identify trends, user preferences, and areas for improvement.
  • Use insights to refine marketing strategies and enhance user experience.
  1. Content Creation and Management:
  • Create engaging and high-quality content, including blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters.
  • Develop and produce animations and videos to promote products and engage users.
  • Ensure content is aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
  1. Sales:
  • Implement learned strategies for doing product demos and sales.
  • Implement learned strategies for doing funnels.
  1. Collaboration and Coordination:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Design, and Sales, to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing campaigns.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization in marketing activities.
  • Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Online Marketer or in a similar role, preferably within a startup environment.
  • Strong knowledge of online user analytics and experience using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar.
  • Proficiency in animation and video production tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro) or similar.
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform marketing decisions.
  • Creative thinking and ability to produce engaging and high-quality content.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
