What you will be doing

  • Provide first line customer support on queries and technical issues to both internal and external stakeholders. (Using Kanpla)
  • Collaborate with third-party partners to investigate and troubleshoot issues.
  • Collect and analyse data from our internal teams.
  • Building and uploading menus to our ordering platforms in a timely manner.
  • Data analysis, identifying trends and patterns.
  • Constantly working to improve system efficiencies and enhancements
  • Processing of refunds and account reconciliations
  • Onboarding new contracts to systems

What we are looking for

  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Prior experience in a help desk/service desk role
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Good data analytics skills, together with strong Excel skills
  • Ability to work well within a team and also a self-starter who can work on their own initiative.
  • Adaptable to changing tasks/situations.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills.
  • Excellent prioritisaton and organisation skills
